I’m a Career Coach and former recruiter with 15+ years across Human Resources, recruitment, and career coaching. I’ve sat on the other side of the table. I’ve recruited for top North American companies, reviewed thousands of resumes, led campus recruitment across top business schools, made the hiring calls, and seen firsthand why capable professionals keep getting overlooked for opportunities they’re already qualified for.
