Hi, I’m Jen Rose. For 15+ years, I was the recruiter deciding who made the shortlist. I recruited MBA talent from Canada’s top business schools, sat in the room with hiring leaders when final decisions were made, and implemented 3 applicant tracking systems, so I know what the bots filter out and what makes a hiring team say yes.

From that side of the table, I watched the same thing happen over and over. Talented people got passed over, not because they lacked experience, but because nobody had shown them how to make it obvious at the right level.

Then it happened to me. I’d stayed on the “safe” corporate path, doing great work and quietly waiting for someone to notice. Instead, I was let go. Twice. It was humbling, and it was the wake-up call I needed to stop waiting and bet on myself.

After you register, I’ll personally reach out with a private link to book your two 45-minute sessions. Both sessions need to be completed by Friday, December 18. Send your résumé and LinkedIn ahead of time for your line-by-line review.

Yes. Many people use their professional development or learning budget. You’ll get a receipt right after purchase that you can submit for reimbursement.

I'm in the U.S. Can I join?

Absolutely. The bootcamp is open to professionals across Canada and the U.S. Prices are in CAD, so your U.S. dollar goes further, and your card converts automatically at checkout. Sessions run at 12 PM EST (9 AM PST).

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final, but you’re never left empty-handed. If something comes up, you can transfer your seat to someone else any time before Monday, November 16.
