I’m proud to share that Jen Rose Career Coaching has been featured in Digital Reference’s Best Career Coaches in Toronto article. This recognition highlights my commitment to helping high-performing professionals break through career plateaus and step into the $150K–$250K+ leadership roles they are already qualified for.

Who We Serve and How I Work
At Jen Rose Coaching, I work with MBA graduates, mid-career professionals, and high performers across Canada and the U.S. who feel stuck at the Manager level or overlooked for leadership roles they are ready to step into.
Many of my clients are not lacking experience – they are lacking positioning. They have the skills, the track record, and the ambition, but struggle to translate that into the language and strategy that senior hiring teams respond to.
My coaching style and program focus on fixing that gap.

The Role of Career Coaches Today
Career coaches today play a critical role in helping professionals navigate increasingly complex hiring systems, evolving job markets, and rising expectations for leadership roles.
The modern career landscape is no longer just about experience—it is about strategy. Knowing how to position your value, navigate applicant tracking systems, and communicate impact in a way that resonates with decision-makers is often what separates those who advance from those who plateau.
Being featured in Digital Reference’s Best Career Coaches in Toronto article reinforces the importance of this work and the growing need for strategic, insight-driven career coaching.
Meet Jen Rose Narayan: Turning Experience Into Executive-Level Opportunity

I’m the founder of Jen Rose Career Coaching and a former corporate recruiter with over a decade of experience leading hiring processes, managing ATS systems, and making real-time decisions on candidate selection.
My background on the inside of recruitment and the implementation of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) gives a distinct advantage as a career coach. I understand exactly how candidates are filtered, what hiring managers look for, and why strong professionals are often overlooked despite being fully qualified.
After more than 10 years in corporate recruitment and experiencing my own career setbacks, I began working directly with professionals who were facing the same challenge: being qualified on paper, but misaligned in positioning.
Throughout my career, I have recruited and coached over 500 professionals across Canada and the U.S., helping them move into higher-paying, higher-impact roles. My clients have secured significant career breakthroughs, including Director-level promotions, major salary increases, and competitive offers in industries such as tech, consulting, operations, and business leadership.
